31 Weeks down, 9 Weeks to go! I can't believe the time to meet our baby boy is almost here. We've been taking labor classes and doing hospital tours.

Preparing Your Hospital Bag

Now all I need to get ready is my hospital bag for the big day. There are a million lists and articles out there about what to pack, which has been overwhelming to say the least. Luckily, I met two incredible mamas at a baby shower convention who put all my concerns to rest.

YKC is a company who thinks of everything a mama will need!

The first thing I noticed when I walked up to the YKC ("Your Kids Company") booth at the convention was the two beautiful women smiling warmly at everyone.  Michal and Kara are both experienced business women and inspiring supermoms who have put extraordinary passion into their company. They've combined their diverse backgrounds and vast research experience to create luxurious but simple hospital bags and bundles for delivering mamas. Truly, they've thought of everything mom and baby will need from arrival to check-out. And of course, they have used all of the products themselves!

Perfect products that are comfy and efficient

In staying with a minimal, clean aesthetic, YKC only offers a few products that are all very efficient and streamlined.  All of fabrics are made from soft, easy material and Mom's outfit matches baby's newborn outfits.  They've included little things that Mom would likely forget too, like sticky socks and hair ties. The large tote bag even doubles as a diaper bag after the hospital stay!

Get hospital ready with YKC

I love my Luxe Hospital Bag set and have taken one major item off of my birthing checklist thanks to YKC.  I've also had the chance to get to know Michal personally and can attest to what a genuinely beautiful person she is inside and out - something that clearly reflects in her work. Michal and Kara are the kind of moms I look up to and hope to emulate someday, and I'm thrilled to be supporting a small, mom-owned company like YKC.
