You may or may not know that I have worked on Anti-Human Trafficking initatives for over a decade. My journey began in college when I found out that one of my best friends was a trafficked survivor. This issue is one of the main factors that lead me into a Human Rights career and culminated in my work at the Legal Resources Centre in Cape Town, South Africa.
Our children are our whole world and we’d do anything to keep them safe. But the sad reality is that child trafficking is the fastest-growing criminal enterprise in the world. It’s time to #riseupforchildren and join the fight to #endhumantrafficking. If you’re not sure what you can do, we can start by talking about it.
