I’m interrupting this program to remind us all that Mercury Retrograde season is in full effect!💫 It seems like everyone I talk to is managing communication catastrophes right now. So, for anyone out there being challenged by this energy, I’m sharing some tips on how to survive and THRIVE during this Mercury Rx dance. • Take a Social Media Break! (My personal favorite) and limit your daily phone usage. Instead, replace the scrolling habit with a strolling habit and take a walk through the park.
• Make Peace with Change: If things come up for you during this cycle, try to accept that they’re happening and figure out where in your life you do have the power to work with them.
