I’ve always loved Halloween, and I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree because my son, Eukiah is also a big fan of All Hallows Eve. We love watching spooky (for his age) movies together like The Nightmare Before Christmas and Frankenweiner. We also love exploring fun Halloween themed events like Haunt O’ Ween together!
Haunt O’ Ween Spooktacular
Eukiah was old enough this year to for me to take him to Haunt O’ Ween this year, and we had so much fun! This even is just spooky enough for the entire family. It won’t give the kids nightmares, but it will give them a little classic Halloween spookiness.
During the event, we explored places like Ghoul Town, a haunted town that combined the perfect amount of spook and cute. We found a spooky graveyard, but then we came across a candy-filled plot and a Jack O’Lantern display loaded with funny faces, so there’s a nice mix.
Eukiah had his hair colored red with spray-on color, and he loved it. Then, we made our way to a fun Halloween dance party where we cut a spooky rug along with other attendees. Then entire thing was absolute spooky magic, and we had a blast.
