As a lifelong athlete, I know the importance of taking care of my joints and tendons. That’s why I’ve been a fan of Copper Fit since they came onto the market several years ago. Their line of supportive and compression garments and accessories has been a huge help to me over the years.
That’s why I was excited to be part of a fun, informative, and relaxing day of supporting the Copper Fit/Gwynneth Paltrow collaboration with my bestie, Veena, and some other fabulous women.
A Day of Copper Fit Relaxation
From launch until now and into the future Copper Fit has been about support, relief, and ongoing health. Their copper-infused activewear helps keep you comfortable while being active, and their line of compression socks, arch supports, and more help relief stress on important parts of the body, keeping you comfortable and promoting ongoing joint health, which I love.
Speaking of love, hanging out all day with Veena AND getting to see Gwynneth Paltrow, a super amazing woman, by the way, was an absolute blast. She greeted us in a casual but stunning outfit complete with gorgeous heels. When she told us that she was wearing arch relief compression supports, I was very surprised. They weren’t visible at all. That’s been the new design motto for Copper Fit - support that fits into daily life.
Veena, I, and the rest of the group were also treated to tables of fun samples, our very own compression items, and an incredibly relaxing massage. Oh, and I can’t forget the amazing food from Santa Monica Proper and our wonderfully in-depth discussion about health. It couldn’t have been a better day.
The Copper Fit Gwynneth Paltrow Collaboration
I was excited to spend some quality time with Veena, the amazing Gwynneth Paltrow, and all things Copper Fit. We learned so much, enjoyed amazing food, and had a fantastic discussion about health. I’m equally excited about the partnership between Gwynneth and Copper Fit to add compression wear that seamlessly integrates into your wardrobe for comfort and support without sacrificing style. Check it out!
